Higher Ed Growth Chooses CallMiner Speech Analytics to Monitor All Calls

CallMiner, a provider of speech and voice of the customer analytics solutions for contact centers, has signed a contract with Higher Ed Growth, a marketing firm specializing in highly targeted leads for post-secondary schools.

Higher Ed Growth chose CallMiner for its customer interaction analytics software to automatically track 100 percent of phone calls. By selecting CallMiner's speech analytics solution, Higher Ed Growth is further reinforcing lead management compliance best practices for its clients, while also adhering to The Telephone Consumer Protection Act and U.S. Department of Education regulations.
