Interactive Digital and IQ Services Announce Partnership

Interactive Digital and IQ Services today announced a new partnership to provide fully integrated, end-to-end trial services for Adaptive Audio. 

Under the partnership, Interactive Digital will provide low-cost trial services for its Adaptive Audio software for interactive voice response systems. Also under the partnership, IQ Services will provide integrated testing services to performance and load test the operation of Adaptive Audio in the local environment. IQ Services' patented value-add services, StressTest Performance & Load Testing and HeartBeat Availability & Performance Monitoring, will be used as appropriate to:

• benchmark existing solution performance;
  
• demonstrate performance and load-handling capability after installation of Adaptive Audio;
  
• demonstrate performance and load-handling capability after optimization by Adaptive Audio; and
  
• monitor on-going production performance and availability after deploying Adaptive Audio.
  

The cost for these services will be included as part of the trial.

Interactive Digital's recent Version 5 and Version 5 Server releases of the Adaptive Audio software focus on increasing call automation and improving customer satisfaction in the IVR.
