Lavastorm Technologies Forms a Global Alliance with Convergys

Lavastorm Technologies has signed a non-exclusive Global Alliance with Convergys. As part of the alliance, Lavastorm and Convergys will combine their capabilities to deliver joint revenue assurance solutions.

Lavastorm's software enables communication service providers to capture and codify enterprise business knowledge to resolve financial and operational discrepancies. Lavastorm's analytical capabilities support acquiring and uniting data from operational and business support systems, applying business process knowledge to that data to identify and value transaction discrepancies and diagnose the root cause to facilitate resolution. Lavastorm satisfies the rising demand for analytic solutions that drive understanding of the business rather than solutions that merely report on activities within the business.

Lavastorm's software provides advancements in enterprise data analytics, business and revenue assurance, and data discrepancy management.

Lavastorm's family of applications includes Network to Bill (HLR, switch, router, invoice), Billing Validation (wholesale, retail), Usage Analysis (line level, SS7 to AMA, call by call), and Cost Manager (intercarrier invoice validation).

Convergys  delivers outsourced solutions, consulting services, and software support.
