LogicaCMG has teamed with Datria to deliver voice-enabled field service applications to energy and utilities companies in North America. These applications will integrate Datria's Ticket Management speech application with LogicaCMG's Asset and Resource Management (ARM) product suite.  The integrated capability will enhance a field technician's productivity by having the ability to accept, generate and closeout new work orders, in addition to reporting and updating the job status through a natural automated speech environment using standard cell phones or a two-way radio. 
 
LogicaCMG is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of this new voice-enabled offering as part of LogicaCMG's ARM Product Suite. ARM includes work management, asset management, mobile computing, compliance tracking, scheduling and reporting capabilities.
