Loquendo Releases New Male Brazilian Voice

Loquendo today introduced Felipe, its new male Brazilian voice.

Felipe joins Fernanda and Gabriela, Loquendo's female Brazilian voices, in giving Loquendo's clients extended reach in the Brazilian markets. This brings the total number of Loquendo voices to 56, with the total number of languages at 23.

Currently available languages include U.S. and U.K. English, Brazilian, Portuguese, American Spanish, Mexican, Chilean and Argentinian Spanish, Castilian, Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Italian, Esperanto, German, French, Dutch, Greek, Mandarin Chinese, Swedish, Turkish, Canadian French, and Polish in both male and female voices, with more always under development.

Like all Loquendo voices, Felipe is available for telephony, multimedia, and embedded devices.
Loquendo TTS comes with  the TTS Director interface, which allows users to edit prompts, synchronise music or sound effects with speech,  adjust the speaking rate, pitch, etc., and to insert phonetic transcriptions with  the Lexicon Editor. Voice Creator enables the creation of personalized voices to match company profile and enable market differentiation.
