Manhattan Associates Strengthens Relationship with Voxware

Voxware, a supplier of software applications for voice-driven warehousing operations, has become a member of Manhattan Associates' Value Partner program.

Prior to this, in July 2011, the two companies entered into an agreement making Manhattan Associates a reseller of Voxware's voice solutions. These agreements facilitate a very close working relationship to ensure the companies continue to provide value-based solutions to Manhattan customers.

Voice technology uses speech recognition and speech synthesis to allow distribution center workers to communicate with the Warehouse Management solution to improve accuracy and productivity in tasks such as Order Picking, Goods Receiving, Pallet Put-away and Let-down, and Stock Checking.

The agreement paves the way for Manhattan WMS customers to leverage voice solutions for key business initiatives supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and competitiveness through further supply chain optimization.
