NMS Communications Powers Nekotec Telecom's Service Delivery Platform

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Nekotec Telecom released its NK90 service delivery platform (SDP) upgrade for more than 20 network operators currently using the NK90 service node and the NKCC IP contact center solution.  The NK90 is powered by NMS Communication's VoIP platform.

Nekotec serves leading operators throughout Latin America, including Telmex and America Movil.  Nekotec Telecom's NK90 SDP is designed to offer value-added services for wireless and wireline operators with capabilities such as Intelligent Network (IN) connectivity, media server, interactive voice response, short message service, VoIP gateway and voice recording.  Optionally the product line includes the NKCC for contact center functionality.
