Natural Speech Communication Adds Echo Cancellation Capabilities

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL - Natural Speech Communication has added echo cancellation capabilities to its board. According to NSC, the echo canceller, when implemented, produces speech-driven services that use barge-in mode (the ability of a caller to speak while the prompt is still playing). Deploying an echo canceller on the NSCBoard™ together with the speech recognition engine is designed to enable upgrading of current IVR services to speech-driven services running on already installed systems. The only requirement needed in order to upgrade the system is a free PCI slot for the NSCBoard. Also, with NSC's echo canceller on the speech recognition board, the maximum capacity of the ports can be utilized .
