NetByTel Appoints John Amein President and CEO

BOCA RATON, FL - NetByTel announced that John Amein has joined the company as its new president and chief executive officer. Amein previously served 13 years in various sales and marketing roles at Dialogic and subsequently at Intel, which acquired Dialogic in 1999. Also, NetByTel has raised $8 million in financing for marketing and technology development.

"NetByTel is in a tremendous growth stage right now, and John will be able to leverage his existing relationships in the industry and his 13 years of speech recognition experience to guide NetByTel into its next phase of development," said Steve Nussrallah, board member and lead investor with Noro-Moseley Capital. "His experience and accomplishments will be instrumental in enhancing NetByTel's technology vision and products, forging strategic relationships, exploiting key market opportunities, and extending the organizational infrastructure in sales, marketing, and customer services."

"NetByTel has already established an impressive list of marquis customers and partners, has more deployed successful solutions than anyone else in this space, and has an extremely talented and dedicated employee base - all of which makes this a very compelling opportunity," Amein said. "I believe we have the people, products and the financial strength to capitalize on the tremendous opportunities ahead."
