Nuance Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search Now Available in Finland
Nuance Communications' Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search apps for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad are now available in Finland supporting the Finnish language.
The launch in Finland comes on the heels of a successful launch in Hungary, with the apps landing the #1 and #2 top spots respectively in both the Finnish and Hungarian App Stores. Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search let people all over the world speak text for SMS messages, email, social media updates, mobile Web searches, and more up to five times faster than typing.
Finland is the 27th country worldwide where Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search have been made available. Both Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search feature multilingual capabilities, so consumers worldwide can switch between all supported languages as they become available.
Dragon Dictation is iOS-4 compatible and features a pop-up toolbar with app icons that enable users to access email, SMS, Facebook or Twitter status bars, or the clipboard. Dragon Dictation also includes an Auto Save function that retains dictated text when the user is interrupted by an incoming phone call.
Dragon Search for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, also now available on the App Store, allows users to simply speak any search query to find information and answers on the mobile Web. Dragon Search is the only app to feature Nuance’s Dragon Search Carousel, which delivers search results within seconds across multiple channels all at once. Dragon Search includes results from Google, Yahoo!, Twitter, iTunes, Wikipedia and YouTube.

Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search are also available in the Apple App Store in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Russia, Portugal, Poland, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia and Hungary.
