PCS Wireless and Voice Assist Announce Nationwide Market Trial

Mobile speech and hands-free solutions provider Voice Assist has reached an agreement with PCS Wireless to conduct a nationwide market test on 10,000 mobile phones.

Voice Assist provides a conversational safe driving application that lets drivers use voice commands to make calls; listen, read, and reply to email; send and receive texts; and post to social networks by voice without typing. Voice Assist is also integrated with Live Assist, Voice Assist's optional live concierge service that can help consumers with turn-by-turn directions, finding local resources, such as restaurants, gas stations, bank ATM machines, or making reservations for dinner, concerts, airlines, hotels, rental cars, and more.

Voice Assist will be sold with select mobile phones by PCS via its distribution channel to business partners.
