Pactolus Integrates Speech Technologies for IMS and SIP Enhanced Services Applications

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. and NEW YORK - Pactolus Communications Software Corporation integrates Nuance Communications' speech technology into its SIPware Services, RapidFLEX Service Creation Environment, and RapidFLEX Service Delivery Platform.  The integration enables carriers and service providers to introduce new subscriber features into existing applications for their consumer and enterprise customers.  The integration provides the foundation for multimodal and unified services that leverage the cross-network, cross-service access enabled via IMS. 

Pactolus' RapidFLEX Service Delivery Platform supports VoiceXML v2 and MRCP v2, enabling service providers to leverage speech-driven service features.  Pactolus' product integration includes:
