PhoneTag Rapidly Activates Services for Cincinnati Bell

Cincinnati Bell has selected Ditech Networks' PhoneTag solution for voicemail-to-text services.

"Cincinnati Bell was very impressed with the availability and responsiveness of the Ditech team during our recent changeover," said Karen Bruce, director of wireless data services at Cincinnati Bell. "Within 48 hours, our platform was integrated and operating with the PhoneTag service, and we are pleased with its performance."

PhoneTag offers a breadth of voice-to-text services, from mass market automated to enterprise-ready hybrid solutions. PhoneTag services are also available in multiple languages.

"We were very pleased to be selected by Cincinnati Bell as they have a lot of experience among U.S. mobile carriers in delivering voicemail-to-text services," said Ken Naumann, president and CEO of Ditech Networks.
