Phonetic Systems Announces Partner Program

BILLERICA, MA - Phonetic Systems announced the Phonetic Systems Channel Application Partner (CAP) Program that will allow partners to resell Phonetic Receptionist. Phonetic Receptionist is based on the PhoneticOperator application. Partners currently working with Phonetic Systems to provide the Phonetic Receptionist solution include STL, SPS, Voice Products and Cross Telecom. The CAP Program will provide partners with the technical information, training and marketing support they need to promote, sell and support this pre-packaged application. "We are very pleased to be involved in the CAP Program," said Tim Dolan, messaging specialist for STL. "The addition of Phonetic Receptionist rounds out the suite of integrated products and services that we can offer as well as deliver a solid ROI to our customers." Members of Phonetic Systems' CAP Program will be fully trained on the installation and the support of the Phonetic Receptionist in addition to receiving discounts on training classes, software licenses, technical support and access to the Phonetic Systems PartnerWeb (extranet) for discussion forums, software downloads and marketing support. In addition, members are listed online in Phonetic Systems corporate partner directory and are given priority access to Phonetic Systems beta software releases. "Phonetic Systems' tremendous success in deploying large-scale highly accurate and reliable solutions for the enterprise creates a strong business case for channel partner members," said Mark Bannon, vice president of sales and technical services for Phonetic Systems. "They know that the application is proven, highly reliable and delivers a strong ROI. Phonetic Systems will now be able to expand its market share for speech-enabled auto attendants beyond the large enterprise and into the small to medium size business market."
