Plantronics Adds Three New Products to Family of Wireless Office Headset Systems

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Plantronics, Inc. augmented its family of wireless office headset systems with three new products: the CS70 Wireless Office Headset System for executives, the SupraPlus® Wireless Headset System for phone-intensive users, and the Plantronics Voyager 510SL Bluetooth Headset System with WindSmart® for mobile professionals.

The new Plantronics wireless office headset systems include:

Plantronics CS70 Wireless Office Headset System

The Plantronics CS70 enables executives to engage in conversation while being up to 300 feet away from their desk.   The CS70 features a form factor and is lightweight (0.75 oz). The headset is built on digitally encrypted, voice-dedicated DECT 6.0 technology to provide audio quality and lower interference with other wireless devices.

Plantronics SupraPlus Wireless Professional Headset System

Based on Plantronics' SupraPlus corded headset, the new SupraPlus Wireless System provides up to 10 hours of talk time and harnesses DECT 6.0 technology to provide audio quality and digital security during conversations. The SupraPlus Wireless System has been tested to work with speech-to-text software.

Plantronics Voyager 510SL Bluetooth Headset System with WindSmart

The Plantronics Voyager 510SL Bluetooth Headset System with WindSmart provides a single wireless headset to switch between office phones and Bluetooth mobile phones.

The Voyager 510 is the first Bluetooth headset on the market to include both a noise-canceling microphone and wind-reduction technology. The headset features multipoint technology for switching between multiple devices, and can automatically detect which device a person is using, allowing them to take calls from either device with the touch of a button. The Voyager 510 has also been tested to work with speech-to-text software

Plantronics' new wireless office headset systems join the CS50 and CS55 for and the CS50-USB for VoIP softphones.
