Product Support Solutions (PSS) acquired VSI, a technical consulting firm specializing in the deployment of self-service solutions for contact centers.

The combined company will provide a range of voice solutions including VoiceXML platforms, speech application development, complete integration and support services, and contact center consulting furthering PSS's services initiative within the Voice Self-Service industry.

Under this agreement, VSI will establish a service delivery organization within PSS that will focus on bridging the gap between legacy systems and the latest technologies including VoIP, VoiceXML, speech recognition, CTI, and Web services.
