Ranstad Technologies to Deploy Aspect Contact Center Solutions

Ranstad will leverage Aspect's unified IP contact center solution.

Randstad Technologies, a provider of service desk operations and desktop and call center support, has selected Aspect Software's Unified IP contact center solution hosted by Promero.

Promero will implement and manage the private cloud platform at Verizon's state-of-the-art data center, NAP of the Americas, and other colocation sites.
