Real Soft Selected for Platinum Membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection Program

(RSI), an application developer and Systems integrator specializing in contact centers, was selected by Avaya, a global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, for Platinum membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection program. As an OEM and product specialist system integrator to Avaya, Real Soft supports Avaya sales teams globally with its business intelligence products that provides for administration, management, and reporting of voice platforms and applications, as well as professional services for self-service automation. RSI provides the Avaya teams with pre-sales support, application development, proof of concept, integration services, OAM&P tools, training, and maintenance. Experience in CRM, voice platforms, speech recognition, and CTI complements Real Soft's status as a Platinum DevConnect member. Since the program's inception in 2001, Avaya DeveloperConnection has promoted the development, compliance testing, and co-marketing of third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya technologies.
