RealityCorp Debuts ClinTest Voice v4.0

RealityCorp has released ClinTest Voice v4.0, an eClinical functional testing product used for automated validation of IVR systems.

ClinTest Voice v4.0 provides automated validation of standard call flows using voice-to-text capabilities to determine spoken prompt accuracy (up to 100 percent), as well as a full complement of XML file verification actions, file system verification actions, enhanced database interactions, and capabilities for entering text-to-speech inputs for IVR systems that support speech recognition.

Acting as a technology bridge, ClinTest Voice v4.0 provides the ability to interact with all types of IVR systems by allowing the validation of features such as text-to-speech input and .wav playback capabilities. Coupled with RealityCorp's proprietary Silence Detection Technology, the solution allows users to interact with every type of call flow, from simple DTMF entry to voice recognition–based IVRs.

ClinTest Voice v4.0 allows users to continue to configure accuracy thresholds at the global or individual step level for pass, manual verification, and failure statuses while providing a unique feature to automation, allowing users to configure test scripts for expected failures.

"The goal of this release is to make everyone's life easier, without compromising quality, for those involved in the development, testing, and quality assurance of eClinical IVRs," said Carlton Schowe, president and CEO, RealityCorp, in a statement. "The best feature of the product is that our users will never have to pick up the phone to validate an IVR system again."
