Rockwell FirstPoint Contact and Unveil Technologies Partner on Conversational Speech Self-Service

Rockwell FirstPoint Contact and Unveil Technologies announced a strategic marketing and distribution agreement to resell and support Unveil's speech self-service application, the Conversation Manager.
This agreement will enable Rockwell FirstPoint Contact to provide its customers with the capability to blend self-service applications with live agent assistance. Based on VoiceXML, an open standard for building speech self-service applications, Unveil's Conversation Manager works with live agents and learns directly from real customer interactions to continually reduce costs while increasing customer satisfaction. Unveil Conversation Manager is an enterprise-level speech self-service application that blends technology and agents to reduce costs while improving customer satisfaction. The product employs "virtual agents" that engage callers in unscripted, flexible interactions to get answers to their inquiries. Unveil virtual agents can either automate these interactions or escalate to live agents.
