Rotary Lift Selects Pronexus veoMobile to Speech-enable Service Management

OTTAWA - Rotary Lift, a subsidiary of the Dover Corporation (NYSE:DOV), is deploying Pronexus' veoMobile for their network of over 300 Rotary Authorized Installers (RAI).

A speech-enablement platform built on Microsoft Speech Server, veoMobile extends the Rotary Lift work order management system to mobile field service personnel. It allows RAI technicians to update work order status in with a phone call. Rotary Lift has access to current operational data for customers of ServALL, Rotary Lift managed service, equipment installation, and repair business.

Rotary Lift is managing ServALL by switching from paper-based/fax communication with RAIs to a voice automated system.

"Pronexus listened closely to our goals and delivered a powerful solution that makes it easy for our third-party RAIs to report ticket status at the point of service," said Matt Webster, VP marketing and sales, Rotary Lift. "That means we can reduce both the number of days to close a ticket and follow up calls. Because we're more efficient, we can scale our service business while increasing customer satisfaction."
