Siemens, BCE Elix, and Viecore Gain Genesys Gold Partner Certification
SAN FRANCISCO - Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel company, (NYSE: ALA, Paris: CGEP.PA) has granted Gold Certification to three partners. Since Genesys launched the certification program in December of last year for resellers, developers, and systems integration partners, 17 key partners have initiated the certification process.
Viecore is Gold Certified for Genesys Voice Platform to provide installation, application development, maintenance and support. In addition, Siemens and BCE Elix are Genesys Gold Certified Suite partners across the Genesys platform. The Suite Certification required testing of product and functional expertise for inbound voice, outbound, email, Web reporting, workforce management and the Genesys Voice Platform.
To qualify for Gold certification status at either the suite or GVP level, a partner must meet the following criteria:
- A history of customer implementations within the past two years
- Customer satisfaction - customers are surveyed
- A full lab system in place for all Genesys products certified and supported
- Employee training for all Genesys products certified and supported
- Professional services methodologies and best practices in place and adhered to
- Technical support infrastructure, personnel and practices in place
Gold Certified Partners qualify for use of the Genesys-approved logo. In addition, Gold Certified Partners also receive marketing benefits, technical tools, and enablement services provided only to Gold partners.
