Telephonetics VIP and Siemens have extended their public-sector partnership to provide voice automation solutions to the enterprise sector.

Siemens has partnered with Telephonetics VIP to provide voice automation solutions to the public sector for the past five years. Responding to a demand for voice automation in the private sector, Siemens has added Telephonetics VIP’s voice automation technology to its enterprise communications solutions portfolio.

Siemens will supply enterprise customers with both packaged voice automation on the Telephonetics VIP SEMAP+ platform, and customized voice automation systems using Telephonetics VIP virtual agents in conjunction with Siemens HiPath ProCenter.

The Telephonetics VIP SEMAP+ platform is scalable, offers resilience and integrates with Siemens HiPath. Enabling businesses to implement voice automation, the packaged solutions available on the SEMAP+ platform provide low administration and integration requirements.

"The Telephonetics VIP portfolio of products enables us to expand our offerings to meet the growing voice automation needs of our clients," explained Kathryn Evans, portfolio manager of customer interaction at Siemens. "We use both Telephonetics VIP’s ContactPortal for automated call routing and their mobility solution to aid our internal communications. Their proven results will be an asset to our portfolio"

"We are proud to expand our relationship with a world-class communications supplier like Siemens," said Mark Holmes, sales director of Telephonetics VIP. "The partnership will enable us to provide the benefits of voice automation to a much wider market while maintaining our high levels of customer service."
