Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade Speechifies Its Web Site

ICEX, the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade, has selected Loquendo to provide speech technologies for its Web portals.

The project will be completed in two phases that incorporate Loquendo TTS, Umanify’s Interactive Digital Assistant, new languages, speech-based Web navigation using Loquendo ASR speech recognition, a help desk and FAQ’s through digital assistants, and a new mobile interface.

With the new user interface, ICEX not only gains a new Web voice but also enables Web access to content in an innovative computer-human interaction mode.
