BigHand has appointed Stephen Brown as client services director of a newly formed Client Services Division. The creation of the division comes as BigHand looks to ensure that the high service levels and client care for which the company is renowned are maintained as growth in number of clients continues.

Brown's increased role comes after five years heading up project management and installation, during which he was responsible for overseeing a team that delivered more than 600 successful new customer installations covering North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The new Client Services Division encompasses project management, technical installation services, training, and the global support and helpdesk teams.

“Our customers are extremely positive about their BigHand experience, as reflected in the many awards we have won. I believe this is due to a combination of both an excellent product and, crucially, an extremely effective and responsive post-sales experience," said Jon Ardron, BigHand's CEO. "Stephen has promoted a highly responsive and supportive ethos in our project management and installation teams, and his dedication to helping customers has been apparent to anyone with whom he or his team deals. I congratulate Stephen on his broader role.”
