Telephonetics Appoints Convergent Systems as a Reseller

Telephonetics has appointed Convergent Systems as an approved reseller.

Convergent Systems, a UK-based supplier of communications equipment and services, will initially focus on selling Telephonetics' new virtual operator system, the ContactPortal, into the SME and contact center markets. Telephonetics' new ContactPortal can be integrated with virtually any PABX on the market and uses speech recognition technology to answer, transfer and make telephone calls.
