The Paisley Group Gives BTSLogic Highest Directory Assistance Automation Rate in Study

BOWIE, Md. - BTSLogic, a division of LogicTree Corporation, achieved a 71 percent automation rate for all calls using its SEDA™ service in an independent audit by industry analyst The Paisley Group.

The Paisley Group "Performance Index™" for March 2006 benchmarked three automated systems in live deployment.

"Paisley works hard to ensure that our sample accurately reflects DA usage across regions, type of information requested, days of the week, fixed versus wireless and a host of other factors," said Meg MacRae, managing partner of The Paisley Group.  "The 71% fully automated calls that BTSLogic recorded was the highest mark we have ever measured in this category for a live deployment."

BTSLogic offers SEDA as a turnkey solution and as a hosted service.  The Paisley Index evaluated the service-based SEDA offering in use for nationwide directory assistance.
