Trinitas Hospital is in full production with Automated Operator for health care, a speech-enabled auto-attendant solution developed for patient-care facilities by Speech Technology Associates.

Automated Operator answers external and internal hospital calls providing one-number access to people, information, and services, including requests for frequently asked questions (FAQs).
