Trisys Introduces IP Call Recording Software

Trisys has released Replay RTP, a 100 percent software solution for recording conversations on most IP-based telephone systems. This product does not rely on any proprietary call control protocols like SKINNY, H.323, SIP, etc. The software unobtrusively monitors an organization’s network for specific Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) traffic and converts it into recordings.

Replay RTP joins a family of call recording solutions from Trisys at a time when many organizations are under pressure to meet regulatory and economic requirements. With Replay RTP installed, authorized users can easily access call recordings for quality assurance, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, etc.
