TuVox and Genesys Form Strategic Relationship

LOS ALTOS, Calif. and SAN FRANCISCO - TuVox has elevated its participation in the Genesys InterActs Partner Program to become a strategic member. As part of the relationship, Tuvox can market, sell, implement and support Genesys contact center software.

TuVox CVR 4.0 runs on the Genesys Voice Platform, which allows customers to leverage existing Web applications and infrastructure for speech self service. When combined with the Genesys 7 suite, the solutions enable enterprises and service providers to transition customers between self service and live agent assistance.

The Genesys InterActs Partner Program is designed to provide business development, technical, educational, and marketing tools and resources to participating system integrator, value-added reseller and managed service provider partners worldwide.
