VPI Call Recording and Quality Monitoring Solutions Now Avaya Compliant

Voice Print International (VPR) announced that it has added to its growing list of Avaya compliant solutions.

VPI Capture interaction recording and VPI Quality agent evaluation applications are compatible with key Avaya inbound and outbound contact center solutions.
