Varolii Announces New Unified Interact Platform, Outbound Communications Products

Varolii Corporation unveiled its new unified Varolii Interact Platform last week at its annual customer conference in Miami.

Having won Unified Communications magazine's 2008 Product of the Year for its current version of the platform, Varolii is now introducing the first on-demand platform to deliver a fully unified and complete communications solution that includes intelligent cross-channel communications, predictive analytics, and business segmentation rules, plus five new features for both customer and employee notifications.

By being the first on-demand vendor to provide all its capabilities in a fully unified and easily deployed platform, Varolii helps companies gain greater control over their outbound campaigns, while reducing the amount of IT and business analysis needed to deliver a better return from every customer or employee outbound notification.

Also announced in Miami, Varolii introduced three advanced outbound communications products—Varolii Call Me Now, Varolii Generations, and Varolii Contact Center Agent—each designed to maximize the reach rate for difficult-to-contact customers and employees.
