Vocomo to Release Ultra-Compact IVR Platform

CUPERTINO, CA - Vocomo Software Corporation, an IVR company, announced general availability of Vocomo Voice Response VVR/4 CUBE, an ultra-compact IVR platform with advanced speech capabilities. Based on industry standard VoiceXML 2.0, VVR/4 CUBE is a near-zero maintenance solution that works out-of-the-box. VVR/4 CUBE integrates telephony-based services with world-class speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies from IBM, SpeechWorks and Rhetorical. Vocomo's next-generation IVR system leverages common application server architectures to facilitate integration with existing Web services. VVR/4 CUBE is an open standards-based IVR. Standard development tools for VoiceXML allow developers and Value Added Resellers to create unique applications that can easily be bundled with VVR/4 CUBE. Aa Web-based administration console allows this IVR to be managed from any computer on the network.
