VoiceCloud Releases Telephone App Suite

VoiceCloud, a provider of cloud-based voice services, announces the availability of its premiere service, VCX. A highly customizable open phone service, VCX gives its customers the ability to control the way they receive incoming telephone calls.

With deep roots in voicemail-to-text transcription services, VoiceCloud has been offering an alternative to traditional inbound call features since 2007. VoiceCloud’s newest offering, VCX, extends the control that users have over their incoming calls by offering an extensive new system that the client can customize to suit its business or personal needs. With features that liken the system to a personal assistant, key benefits include various mailbox options, multiple local area code or toll-free phone numbers. Additionally, the platform offers features such as built-in conference call capabilities and voicemail-to-text transcription services, all within flexible service plans for any size business or corporation.

“For the past three years our clients have been thrilled with our accurate voicemail-to-text service, but over time we have noticed that we have the ability to offer so much more,” says Gerald Marolda, CEO of VoiceCloud. “Our cloud-based platform allows us to be able to expand what we can offer our clients, and our new VCX service allows us to provide our customers with a highly customizable and scalable phone service that meets the growing needs of their businesses.”
