VoiceSignal Releases Next Generation of VSpeak

WOBURN, Mass. - The latest version of VoiceSignal's VSpeak embedded text-to-speech solution is now available in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Using new technology pioneered by VoiceSignal, VSpeak 1.1 is designed specifically to improve the naturalness and intelligibility of speech synthesis on mobile phone in spite of the memory limitations on these devices. VSpeak 1.1 can be integrated on phones with less than 500 kilobytes of memory.

VSpeak complements VoiceSignal's VSuite and VoiceMode product lines by enabling mobile phone manufacturers to provide a complete speech interface solution to look up or dial a contact name, dial a number, address a text message, dictate a text message, or have a text message or other content read aloud.
