VoxMedia Joins Tellme Partners Program

VoxMedia Consulting announced today an alliance with Tellme, a Microsoft subsidiary specializing in on-demand voice services, to offer enhanced voice application design and engineering services to enterprise customers. By joining Tellme's partner program, VoxMedia will provide its expertise in speech-recognition-enabled telephone applications to Tellme customers who do in-house application development.

By setting the tone for the overall caller experience through excellent voice user-interface designs, these clients are experiencing higher customer satisfaction and reduced contact center expenses.
