Voxware Joins Intermec Honours Program

Voxware, a  supplier of software for voice-driven warehousing operations, has joined the Intermec Honours Partner Program and certified the Intermec CN3 device, a portable computer that helps warehouse employees identify, track, and manage supply chain assets.

“Intermec is well-known as an intensely customer-focused company that works hard to help enterprises succeed with automated data capture (AIDC) and mobile computing technology,” said Scott Yetter, president and CEO of Voxware. ”We have very high standards when we certify a device for voice operation, including 99.9 percent recognition accuracy, and we were impressed by the quality and performance of the CN3. We are very happy to be the only voice software provider to achieve Honours Partner status, and are thrilled to team with Intermec to bring the best in open voice technology to the Intermec customer community.”

”We at Intermec are enthusiastic to welcome Voxware as an Honours Program Partner,” said Patrick Byrne, Intermec president and CEO.  “We pride ourselves in high-quality engineering that delivers strong customer benefit.  During 2008 we experienced a strong demand from key customers for Voxware-based voice technology, and now our two companies are well-positioned to deliver on the promise of our partnership.”

The Intermec Honours Partner Program was developed to recognize and harness the power of a worldwide partnership with the end goal of delivering highly valued solutions for mutual customers. The program has been globally lauded by customers who have been provided with the best possible data collection, mobile computing and RFID solutions in the market today.
