Wilmac to Resell VPI Recording, Analytics, and WFO Products

Wilmac has signed a reseller agreement covering VPI's contact center recording, business intelligence, and workforce optimization solutions.

VPI, a provider of workforce optimization, business intelligence (BI), and analytics software for contact centers and public safety, has signed an agreement with Wilmac to resell the VPI Empower workforce optimization (WFO) suite of software applications in the United States and Canada.
