Wizzard Software Provides GAI-Tronics with AT&T Natural Voices for Call Management System

PITTSBURGH — GAI-Tronics® has licensed AT&T Natural Voices® Text to Speech (TTS) SDK to add TTS capabilities to their GAI-Tronics CMA (Call Management Application).

GAI-Tronics CMA is a Windows-based VoIP call management system for customers using GAI-Tronics Emergency Telephones.  The CMA will also receive calls and call out to standard analogue telephones, emergency telephones, and auto-dial telephones with limited functionality.

AT&T's Natural Voices TTS technology serves multiple purposes in the GAI-Tronics CMA.  The first is to inform a caller of their location with a spoken message when the emergency telephone is activated. Second, TTS is used to announce incoming call traffic to the operator.  TTS is then used to provide a "comfort message" to the caller, should they be waiting on hold while the operator dispatches the appropriate service.
