MADRI, SPAIN - Ydilo announced a suite of voice-recognition-based services for the enterprise and public administration markets aimed at helping companies increase productivity by promoting caller self-service and easy access to corporate information. Virtual Front Desk
The service replaces the human operator of an external or internal front desk with an automated system that connects callers with an employee by saying the name or department or reason for their call (e.g. "Bruce Andersen", "Someone in Sales", "I'd like to buy a ticket"). Voice Scheduling
The service allows callers to schedule, modify or cancel appointments with a business or public administration office. The system helps match a caller's requests with current availability, assigns an appointment and collects required information such as name and contact details. Ydilo Voice Scheduling can be customized for specific businesses such as restaurants (e.g. request for non-smoking table), car workshops (e.g. vehicle information, type of malfunction) or medical services (e.g. insurance information, name of doctor). E-mail Reader
The e-mail reader enables employees to login to their corporate e-mail accounts by calling from any phone, for example from their car on their way to work. The service allows listening to new e-mails, manipulating them (e.g. "delete", "repeat", "reply") and sending voice e-mails to people in the Address Book. Voice Sales Support
The Voice Sales Support service provides sales staff with automated access to customer, order and product data anytime and from any phone. Routine inquiries such as account data; order status, product availability, overdue invoices or current promotions can be retrieved from the corporate database quickly using voice commands. This service provides sales personnel with up-to-date information without blocking resources back at the office and requires no investment in extra hardware or training. The services of the productivity suite are hosted by Ydilo and integrate with customer systems such as databases and scheduling systems through a range of predefined interfaces. The results for the customer are short implementation time and low up-front investment while maintaining full control over company data. "Companies now have to increase productivity and self-service is the way forward," said Domingo López Montesdeoca, CEO and co-founder of Ydilo. "Immediate attention to requests and intuitive interfaces are the key to happy customers and reduced operating costs. Well-designed voice services provide both."
