MATAWAN, NJ - iVoice Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a developer of speech recognition technology, announced the installation of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Store Locator system for Cellular Network Communications Group (CNCG), a Master Distributor for T-Mobile, Nextel and AT&T Wireless. The market for speech-enabled IVR and auto-attendant systems is growing at a steady clip. Mountain View, CA-based market research outfit Frost & Sullivan pegs the industry at $2.5 billion-plus and rising at 25% compounded annual growth rate (CAGR). The iVoice Dealer Locator IVR system installed at CNCG allows callers to enter their zip code and the system returns information about the nearest T-Mobile retail locations relative to the caller's location within a pre-specified mile radius. Besides the address of the nearest store, the system also provides phone number and will allow the caller to request another location convenient to them.
