iVoice and CYGCOM Sign North American Distribution Agreement

MATAWAN, NJ - iVoice Inc. (OTCBB: IVOC), a provider of speech recognition technology, and CYGCOM Integrated Technologies Inc., a North American distributor of convergence technology products targeting service oriented value added resellers, announced a distribution agreement whereby CYGCOM will promote and resell iVoice speech enabled communication solutions to its reseller channels throughout the United States and Canada. The distribution agreement provides a distribution channel for iVoice potentially reaching telephony resellers in Canada. In particular, CYGCOM is already a Canadian distributor of the Artisoft TeleVantage PC-based phone system for which iVoice has previously demonstrated and announced system compatibility. Telephony resellers are urged to contact CYGCOM to obtain information regarding the iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant and its integration with Artisoft TeleVantage as well as many other PBX platforms. "CYGCOM recognizes the iVoice solution to be a value added offering for both Artisoft resellers and legacy PBX interconnects. The product offers a viable opportunity to offer end users a reliable, inexpensive, voice automated solutions for existing auto attendants. Additional opportunities are always very important, especially those which are broad based like the iVoice solution;" said Jeff Valliant President of CYGCOM headquartered in Markham, Ontario.
