Envox CT ADE Powers Survey Solutions

WESTBOROUGH, Mass – Survey and database company True Tally has selected Envox Worldwide’s Envox CT ADE IVR development tool to power its phone-based survey solutions.

The Envox Professional Services Group assisted True Tally with the design and deployment of its outbound survey solution. With its pre-built call management objects, Envox CT ADE not only reduced development time and accelerated time-to-market, but ensured that surveys could be quickly customized for each particular campaign. Given their call volumes, which can reach 3.5 million calls per day, reliability was critical for True Tally. The Envox-based solution features advanced speech recognition technology to allow for spoken responses. Customers can also access real-time results via the Web interface that is provided.
