Animated Voices Can Be Added to PowerPoint Presentations

With the release of Version 2.3 of its Speech-Over technology, Tuval Software Industries is making it easy to add perfectly timed voices to animated PowerPoint presentations.

The new version can use any audio source, including microphone recording, prerecorded files, and text-to-speech (TTS) voices.

Speech-Over works in PowerPoint design mode and integrates with PPT functions. Users can preview the results immediately in slide show mode. Its voice editing commands change the voice track without re-recording

Speech-Over includes the basic Microsoft TTS voices free, and is also available in the Speech-Over Premium Voice Package, which includes the NeoSpeech premium voices Paul and Kate. It requires Microsoft Windows XP, Office XP or newer, Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, and SAPI 5-compatible voices. The Office 2007 beta version is now available.
