Mr. Barnes is responsible for setting the company direction and managing overall operations. Previously, he served as Senior Product Manager for Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: ALA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcatel and recognized worldwide leader of contact center and voice solutions. While at Genesys, Mr. Barnes lead the development and launch of the Genesys Gplus program, a prepackaged software integration that combines the Genesys real-time interaction suite with market leading CRM application and solutions. Prior to Genesys, Mr. Barnes worked for Sprint designing, implementing and supporting numerous IVR platforms. He has also held positions at Gateway Computer and University of Missouri Computing Services.
