Rob Marchand, Sr. Director of Product Management at Genesys Telecommunications Labs, brings more than 21 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to his position. A member of the VoiceXML Forum Education Committee, he writes the on-line column ‘First Words’ for the electronic magazine VoiceXML Review (http://www.voicexmlreview.org). He also represents Genesys on the VoiceXML Forum Board of Directors, and is a member of the VoiceXML Forum Technical Council.
