Jenni McKienzie
VUI Designer

Jenni is a VUI designer at Travelocity. From her years at Intervoice she has extensive experience with multiple speech recognition environments. She has lead design efforts for many complex speech applications across various domains. In addition to design she is frequently involved in grammar writing, usability testing, and tuning.
