Dr. Nava Shaked is the Manager of Call Center and CRM group in IBM Israel. She obtained her Ph.D from CUNY graduate school in the area of NLP and worked in leading research labs in the US and Israel. Specializing in Speech Technologies, Shaked has been active in field for 15 years and is now acting as the chairperson for AVIOS Israel and a member on the AVIOS board.
