Eckoh, a provider of customer service solutions using speech recognition, has signed a new reseller agreement with Servebase, a global multichannel payment processing provider.

Under terms of the agreement, Eckoh will provide Servebase with its telephone payments service, EckohPAY, to complement their existing multichannel payments offering. The EckohPAY was developed to target the demand for PCI DSS compliant card processing solutions and is available to Eckoh's indirect partners to resell as a white-labelled version.
