The Voice and Information Processing Version 6 platform (VIP V6) with SPOT VoiceXML/Call Control XML Interpreters from Interact supports high-performance production systems, such as interactive voice response (IVR) clusters in communications carrier infrastructures, mediaservers for Internet-based multimedia subsystems, IVR systems in call centers, and other enterprise environments.
